The Halloween event is now live in Lake Nerius, bringing with it a collection of Petamorph Wands that give your pet a seasonal new appearance.
Eleven Halloween Petamorph Wands are available, and the event concludes on November 3. This article covers the complete lineup and the two ways to obtain a wand at no cost.
How the wands work
A Petamorph Wand changes the appearance of your pet and remains in effect until you dismiss it.
Free option one: Petamorph Wand: Werewolf
The Werewolf wand is available in the in-game shop at no cost through November 3. No quest or purchase is required.
Free option two: Trick or Treat in Lake Nerius
Seek out Vlad Sterovich in Lake Nerius at the Trader Hut located in the southern portion of the zone, just northeast from the river near Nektulos.
As part of his quest, he will need you to collect some items to help create a 'healing' potion.
He requires a Bat Wing, a Snake Fang, a Bone Chip, and a Burned Out Lightstone.
These items can be found from the following creatures in Lake Nerius, wandering about near Nektropos and the Lake Nerius Trader Hut.
- Snake Fang - a moss snake, a tree snake
- Burned Out Lightstone - a willowisp
- Bone Chip - a decaying skeleton, a greater skeleton
- Bat Wing - a large bat
The 'potion' he mentions is actually a Holiday-Themed Petamorph Wand of your choice that allows you to disguise your pet, or, if you don't have one, summon a familiar of that creature type.
This is a one-time quest, so select the wand you want most. All other wands are available in the Marketplace for 250 IR each.

Ten wands are available as quest rewards or through the Marketplace, in addition to the free Werewolf wand.
Event conclusion
The free Werewolf wand, the Lake Nerius quest, and the Marketplace wands are all available through November 3. After that date, the event concludes.
