EverQuest Legends Producer’s Letter July 27, 2026

Hail Norrathians,

We are beyond excited to officially announce the launch of EverQuest Legends tomorrow, July 28, 2026 at Noon PT! We have many exciting surprises in store for you over the coming weeks and months, but I want to share a couple of big items that will be in for launch:

Kerrans! That’s right, no need to call a manager, the Kerran race is in for launch! For those that love cats or just have an itch to play a tribal feline character, the Kerran race is ready and Kerra Isle awaits you!

4K Scaling! You asked for it (a lot) and the development team delivered ahead of schedule. You can now scale the UI to make everything much more readable. Ah, what a relief.

And we have much more to come. Please check out the EQ Legends Roadmap on our website tomorrow (www.everquestlegends.com) for more information!

Or skip ahead and watch our panel from San Diego Comic-Con last Saturday: From 1999 to EverQuest Legends!

For the launch, please note that we will be opening the servers in stages tomorrow to help avoid stability issues. Accordingly, please expect possible delays and queues when logging in. Demand for the game has exceeded our expectations, so we will be monitoring the game’s performance and increasing server capacity as necessary. We appreciate your patience as we get everybody into the game over the coming days.

Finally, I want to say a special “thank you” to everybody who joined us for the closed beta, the open beta, at Comic-Con, and/or online in Discord, Reddit, Facebook, etc. for your time, feedback, creativity, and shared passion for the game. EverQuest Legends may be designed as a solo/casual game, but make no mistake, the EQ Legends community is the lifeblood of the game and the reason we do what we do. We made this game for all of you, and it is our immense pleasure to finally open the servers so your new adventures in Norrath can begin!

Cheers!

Executive Director
